Thomas was the best mechanic I have ever had work on my car. He was extremely knowledgeable about my Toyota Prius and its quirks. He was also kind like a gentle giant. You can not go wrong with Thomas as your mechanic!
Alex completed the job in a timely manner, and me being a curious person I asked a bunch of questions about the whole process on removing and installing the alternator, he explained in detail, seemed knowledgeable and competent.
