Jerome was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer any questions I had and also offered advice and tips on how to maintain my vehicle.

Jerome is an exceptional professional. He explained IN DETAILS what was going on with my car including things to be concerned about and things NOT to be concerned about - this approach made it easy to trust him and know that he wasn't trying to sell additional unnecessary services. I have had 2 appointments with Jerome (BMW and Toyota Sequoia). Because he did not push me to do "other" services, I did book additional appointments and services for my SUV and will be booking maintenance of my other vehicles as I can trust him to do was is necessary and not run up a huge unnecessary bill. I am happy to pay for the services my cars need IF I trust the mechanic. I now trust Jerome. I have told Merchants, Lexus, and BMW dealerships that I will no longer be needing their services.
