Every aspect of my experience with Jerome was top-notch. Communication before the service date, explanation of the problems after the service and actions recommended to address the issues going forward -- all were done clearly and expertly. Obviously, he is very knowledgeable and experienced. His manner was both relaxed and professional, something not always easy to accomplish. I'd recommend him wholeheartedly.
