Bradford was great, answered all of my questions about the car. Friendly, on time, stayed until all my questions were completely explained and understood about the services being performed. Will ask for his services again ..
As usual...Tyrone was great. He took the time to explain what repair had to be done + he looked at my wife’s car which had come back from a local dealer identifying several repair issues but upon his review the one of the repairs was not needed and the other could wait thus saving me $$$$.
Brad was very professional, prompt and on time & explained what my issue was w/my SUV. On day of repair again he was prompt and on time....est time of repair was 3 hrs but he was done w/in 2. Once repaired he took it out for a test ride to ensure issue was resolved. Drove my SUV the following day to work...... .drove like it was brand new. Outstanding mechanic!!!
