Great like always, probably the best mechanic I’ve worked with so far. Very friendly, arrived early and finished the job much faster than expected. Super knowledgeable and the only mechanic I trust to work on my car outside the dealership
He was three hours late with know heads up or notice whatsoever, consequently causing me to be late for work. I had to call customer service over five times just to figure out what was going on, but when I did finally reach customer service they handled the situation quickly and professionally. However. he did get the service done relatively quickly, the cost of the job was cheaper than a shop or dealer and Jose was pretty easy to deal with.
