He was three hours late with know heads up or notice whatsoever, consequently causing me to be late for work. I had to call customer service over five times just to figure out what was going on, but when I did finally reach customer service they handled the situation quickly and professionally. However. he did get the service done relatively quickly, the cost of the job was cheaper than a shop or dealer and Jose was pretty easy to deal with.

Jose arrived at my scheduled appointment time on time. We discussed the mechanical issue with the car and he immediately began the replacement of the thermostat in the car. He completed the job in a timely manner. The car was tested and everything worked. I was very pleased with the experience.
