Casey was fantastic! He arrived on time, got right to work, and was humorous and friendly even when my Escalade was being a butthead. Casey was patient but also reminded the Escalade that he was in charge. The brakes work great and I couldn't ask for a better job. The only thing I would ask is that he wear a cape, he's that good!
I have requested a water pump replacement to repair the coolant leaking for 2011 Cadillac SRX turbo on 8/12/2016 at Lynnwood. Looks like he has no experience for cadillac. He has arrived 45 minutes later. It took one and half hour than expected so he requested more labor charge. I agreed extra charge with $60. But unfortunately, my srx stopped mall parking lot. Coolant has gone by leaking and transmission was not working and car was slipped for a second, no transmission working. Pretty dangerous situation. My car was towed in Cadillac dealer. They said a water pump leaking issue and estimate $590 +tax. I was irritating about this situation. I don't recommend this guy I did STRONGLY demand compensations and am waiting for any response.
