Very knowledgable and kind. Explained everything to me. And let me know what else I needed to do to keep my car in good shape.
So prompt, communicated clearly and well regarding his arrival time, and observed all safety protocols. He was professional and friendly at the same time.
Rejected the job. Even when I explained the problem to customer service and they said it could be done. Then I get my card charged $70 with no service done.
