Nick came a little early after calling which was great. He was coming out to replace a radiator and oil pan gasket after I got a diagnosis from another YourMechanic tech 2 weeks earlier. After looking the car over he discovered it was really a thermostat issue. He called the company and they did not charge my card for his diagnosis since the first tech had made a mistake. I ended up doing thermostat myself since it was easy and Nick did not have parts for the job since he was prepared for a radiator and oil pan replacement. Nick was very knowledgeable, helpful and informative. He ended up saving me money and fixing a car that was overheating. Nice work.
