Jeff was very professional and answered all my questions!
Phillip showed up half an hour early to start working on my car. He had a very warm, outgoing and friendly personality. He did a thorough inspection of my car and gave me an accurate timeline on when parts needed to be replaced. He replaced my worn out break pads and was able to figure out the cause of the oil leak in my car. Phillip gets the job done right and I would use him again.
Worst experience ever!!!!! My appt was first set for Thursday morning at 8, zero communication then I received an email that it was canceled at 10:30. I rescheduled for Friday and at an appt at 12:30 the mechanic arrived at 2 everything seemed to go well until the next day I went outside to find my car leaking oil all over my driveway. We were told to send photos we did, then no communication!!!! I called mo day and was told they would come re-inspect Tuesday- meanwhile I have NO car to drive! I asked for a re-fund to which I was told it was need to be reviewed!!!! Complete joke it was an oil gasket repair that was not sealed properly!!!! Zero follow up, if I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t see the oil my engine would have blown up! Do not waste your time with this company!!!!!
