Nick arrived on time and was very informative during his inspection of my vehicle; he first asked me what the van had been doing and any other information I could give him, and then he proceeded to hook up his devices to check for continuity. He came across a failing ignition relay and decided that was the problem. However; although it was "A Problem", it was NOT-"The Problem" After I went and bought the new relay and replaced it; the van still has the same issues-no crank, most of the time. I feel there is another issue that is still not resolved somewhere. He didn't use the full hour to locate the problem; and although he was verbally informative; I would have appreciated it more if he had not talked so much and used my time to try to locate and fix the problem. When I asked him, "what if replacing this relay doesn't fix the problem? He replied, " You will have to book another appt. so that I can spend additional time locating the problem. Overall; I feel frustrated that I still have the problem with NO CLEAR answer as to what is causing the van not to crank. I've spent over $120, and had Nick and my personal mechanic try to fix or at least point to problem; with no resolve.
