Well, Ross was a nice guy overall. He made his appearance, supposedly switched out my passenger window motor and uninstalled it saying that it wasnt the problem. I was unable to watch him do it for I was in my apartment with food on the stove. He said that it was a module and that he knows a buddy that can do that for me and said he will call me later with the guys info so that I can have my problem fixed. I ended up paying $50 for him coming out and at the time I felt it was reasonable and honest to do so. A few days later I take my car to a local auto shop and I have the window diagnosed which it cost me $124 and come to find out the test results lead to a bad motor. At this point, I have yet to hear from Ross about his buddies info and im out $174 out of pocket with window still down. Mind you the rain is here and my window is down so im really anxious to get this fixed asap. I don't like to be told one thing here and another there. Back to square one with issue still unresolved.
