He showed up with out the proper tools to work on a BMW. When they should be prepped with everything needed for the job. And didn't tell me until an hour and a half into the job.
Did a half job. Misdiagnosed my car. Left my car in disrepair. I had to have my car towed to another shop because he told me he didn't know what was wrong with my car as to why it was misfiring badly..He left and told me he had other jobs to do.
Unprofessional did not perform the point inspection I PAID FOR. Seemed more interested in driving my vehicle, checking out my home location. When I received a personal call from my son, who was checking on me as he do all the time, he interrupted the call and Said,Ain't nobody gon do but in to yo momma. How rude, he seemed nervous about touching my car..All I wanted was for him to diagnose my car pull the PO code/s. He was pushing for a morning appointment and then said, he like his bacon crispy..Wow. Some Service that was. I would not recommend using Your Mechanic.
