I contacted YourMechanic for an inspection of my windshield wiper system which had stopped functioning (the wiper arms weren't moving). Augie came out to my home and thoroughly inspected the issue. He verified the problem and provided excellent advice on how to proceed with repairing the system.
Augie was very professional and extremely knowledgable. Not only did he fix the problem I had with my car but also gave me lots of advice for how to look after my vehicle and prevent further issues.I would have paid a lot more money for this service if I had taken my vehicle to a garage or service centre. I thoroughly recommend using Augie if you have any problems with your car.
Charles came to my house for both the diagnostic and repair services. My car's fuel pump needed to replaced. He performed the service excellently and also replaced my gas tank's fuel neck grommet which had deteriorated (fuel filter also changed as part of the service). He made the whole process enjoyable and amazing to watch. He also shared lots of tips and advice that most shops and other mechanics just won't bother to tell you. YourMechanic's price for the work was well below competing quotes from a few of Palmdale's shops. I highly recommend booking Charles if you're a Palmdale resident.
