Charles was on time and very knowledgeable. Got right to work after seeing the issue at hand and wasted no time getting the repair done. Asked questions as he worked and didn't seem to bother him at all. Some mechanics don't like to be to watched while they work or get irritated, not Charles. Answered all my questions, had good recommendations for this older car (1966) and cleaned up the work space prior to leaving.

Charles was prompt and seemed to take care of everything but cleaning the air filters.. that may not have been in the 50 point inspection??

charles struck me to be very knologeable machanically, and well versed in general.He had a great attitude and worked quite proficiantly. I would utilize his abilities again.

Charles is the best. Fixed my alternator in an hour and had me on the road. He also recommended some items to fix in the future. It's hard to find someone who can work on a Land Rover and be confident about the repair. I will only be booking him from now on. 5 stars for sure.

Excellent service

I was impressed with the service overall. We had bad weather and had to reschedule appt for later in the day and Charles was very flexible and when the weather cleared he was ready and available to for the appt. He was knowledgeble, friendly and efficient. We were pleased with the overall excellent service and customer care and will definitely use your services again and recommend to others. Thank you.

Nice guy. Very knowledgeable. Very good at explaining things. Knew what he was doing. I wouldn't mind having Charles work on my car every time I have a problem. He even came earlier that arranged - of course he called first.

After doing the inspection, I decided to hire Charles to do the job. He came over and took care of everything. He was very efficient and meticulous with his work. Got the car going again and so far it's working great. The price is very reasonable. It is a great and convenient service to have the car worked on at your own home.
