William is awesome!!! He was very thorough and explained exactly what was going on with my window...he came out after hours with his wife and they were both so amazingly kind and considerate! I had gotten screwed over by a so called friend just a few days before finding William, so was amazing to find someone who knows what they are doing! My father also worked for John Deere and case for years so was very happy to find him. Thank you, William, for being so awesome and considerate.
