On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate Duane a twelve. Duane is timely, fast, thorough and very knowledgeable.
Duane was prompt and thorough. Explained the problem, and fixed it promptly. ( fuel injection & spark plugs). I’ll ask for him next time I need help. San Diego County.
Check car, replaced parts, and made sure everything was right

Basically I paid 80$ for someone to tell me the ETC isn't working properly. No actual diagnosis was made. The ETC light was already on and I already knew it wasn't working. He didn't have the right tools/ computer equipment to properly work on the ETC. to top it off when I originally asked for service I stated their was a problem with the Electronic Throttle Control so someone could stop by and say "yup there's a throttle control problem". That'll be 80$
