Augie is honest and thorough. Augie replaced the regulator in the driver door to fix the window being stuck open. I will be booking Augie for future auto repairs.
OUTSTANDING
Lucas was as professional as could be expected, considering he did the job in the dark while raining on him. The weather had changed on his way, and he didn't refuse to work or reschedule. I was very happy with his overall performance and experience.
Mechanic showed up early which was awesome and a total surprise. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a very efficient worker. He had it done in no time and the car was humming good as new. Wow. What an experience. I won't be calling anyone else in the future. Thanks Ramon!!!
