It was a great experience other then the fact that he was running behind due to other jobs

Very helpful and was on time and helped me out with everything I needed to know about the car and I couldn't ask for such a great and knowledgable mechanic he would be the one I would ask for my next service!!
Jesus was GREAT! Both appointments, the inspection and the actual job, went smooth. Jesus showed up on time, was courteous and personable. I will definitely have Jesus work on my car again. In fact when people ask me if I have a personal mechanic, I feel comfortable enough to say yes I do. =)
Kenneth showed up early which I appreciated. He was very friendly and cordial and went right to work to replace my power window motor. Took about 40 minutes which is what I think he said it would take. When it was time to test out the motor, the window was sticking from residue that duct tape left on it from when I held it up. I had acetone to clean it up and Kenneth offered some tips on how to clean any left inside the tracks (silcone spray) and also suggested using a q-tip to stick down between the window and rubber seal to clean out what I couldn't see. We got along great! I wouldn't mind at all having Kenneth come back again for any future repairs my car might need. Thanks for everything, Kenneth!!
