James was FANTASTIC!! He was able to help me negotiate all the problems that needed to be addressed about the car I wanted to buy. Because he was there, the owner didn't hesitate to make the corrections and provide me proof and warranties. James was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and through. I will definitely tell ppl about my great experience.
