Kenneth was on time as scheduled. I really admired his calm personality, yet very knowledgeable and caring. I liked the fact that Kenneth takes his time in diagnosing, then pointed out the issues, and even explained the best possible ways to resolve them. I'm just glad to have met Kenneth, thus he's considered as one of the very few honest and caring mechanics that I have done business with.
