Professional and Friendly
Technically, Ken is outstanding.... I have a shop manual for my car and I saw that his approach was far more efficient than the one described in my shop manual... with results that are more reliable and less expensive in the long run. And, from our conversations it also became very clear that he is a person of great integrity.
