Joseph was fast, friendly, explained the exact issue, and gave me good suggestions to potentially reduce the cost of the repair.
This was better than towing into a shop and having a diagnosis done. Joseph took 20 minutes and figured out my problem and gave me great advise. I be sure to use him again when needed.
