Al is always on time, and has actually been early every time I've scheduled an appointment with him. He takes care after performing the requested service to go over the car in detail and look for any potential issues. I really appreciate his efficient and meticulous approach, as well as the affordability and convenience of having the work performed at my home.
Al went above and beyond to make sure work was completed in a meticulous way. He helped me with a few additional small items and did not charge anything extra. He checked for any potential safety issues and reported them. My car is purring like a kitten. It hasn't run this smoothly in years. He was professional and kind, I enjoyed my experience with him very much.
