Derek was punctual, honest, hardworking, and transparent. I would recommend him without hesitation for any repairs needed and will definitely be a repeat customer. He is obviously dedicated to his craft, loves what he does, cares about his workmanship and wants the consumer to be aware of every step of the process. I was really surprised at how well this worked out. I've never used a mobile mechanic and always dreaded taking my car in because of how long it would take (especially when dealing with small children). Derek arrived on time, talked to me about the history of my car, and anything else I might be concerned about. He checked out the other issues I was having with the car and provided me with a quote for the work after completing the tune-up. He did a very good job of explaining what needed to be done, how long he expected it to take, and which repairs needed to be addressed first based on my budget and order of importance. I will definitely be using YourMechanic again and requesting Derek to continue the repairs on my vehicle.
