Eduardo was very courteous and prompt in servicing my vehicle. He explained what needed to be done, and what steps he was taking along the way. I really appreciate his expertise and professionalism.
Casey came out to do 85000 service and replace PVC Valve on Audi A4 because the engine light was on. The engine light came back on in 2 days. Casey was very nice, however when I called him he said he would come back out that day, then he called to say he was busy he could come the next day, he did not. I am now waiting to see if the company will honor their work because now there seems to be a problem finding a mechanic in my area.
