Travis did a great job. He was very thorough and communicated the work that needed to be done.
He had me wait an entire afternoon for a simple battery replacement. He called to tell me a repair was taking longer than he had expected and we rescheduled from the original 1 pm time to 4 pm. No problem in my eyes, but....... When 6:45 pm came around and no news from him, I had to reach out to him instead of him keeping in touch with me with his arrival status, more than 2 hours after the agreed time. All afternoon waiting for him.. I should have went to Oreilly's up the street for cheaper and quicker if I had known it would take hours for him to get to me. Customer service 101: Keep communication with your customer. Service was quick, but it was just a battery change.
