I like Joe, and I hate repair shops. It was a win/win.
Do not book Joeseph for brake work. He noticed my calipers were sticking, didn't tell me, and went ahead and did the brake pad replacement anyway. YourMechanic is now stuck with $1,000+ in repairs to my car after the brakes caught on fire. The master technician who reviewed the case called it irresponsible, unprofessional, and slipshod. That's kind of an understatement, considering the fact that my life was in danger.
