My car has 180k miles and I requested Jacob perform a safety inspection to determine the status of the vehicle. Jacob discusses his inspection with you prior to beginning and when completed he reviews all his findings with you and helps you plan to make safety related repairs first. Having your car repaired is all about trusting the person you are dealing with. We all have experienced poor service and unfulfilled promises from repair shops..
