Henry is a true asset to YourMechanic. He offered great communication throughout via text that allowed for an earlier appointment. He comes well equipped for just about any job. After completing the work, he then carefully explained to me everything that he had done including a review of the part that was exchanged. Five stars, thanks again!
Kiri replaced front brake pads and even though he was pleasant and friendly , there was problem with actual work that I realized after I got next service done. He messed up threads on one of the studs while he put back the front wheels on after pads replacement. My mechanic called me and told me that before starting his service that this stud / nut would break because previous guy(Kiri) put it wrong and threads are messed up and that is what happened so I have one stud / nut missing on my front wheel that is going to cost me money now
he added more than required power steering fluid and my radio stopped working after his service
Car was left with error code showing on radio. Clock, radio , CD player stopped working. Original issue was fixed but Expectation was for car to not have any additional issue due to the service .
