Glenn did a great job . on time and knew what needed to be done
Very professional and knowledgeable. I didn't know what was going to be involved with my car so I explained what was going on with my vehicle and he knew exactly what the problem was and completed the work and even went the extra mile and changed my spark plugs and wires.
I had originally booked this appointment because I did not want to deal with the mess of replacing my radiator. I supplied the parts since I wanted to be sure the parts were of good quality. I also had the thermostat replaced at his suggestion. This raised the price by another $60 in labor since I bought the thermostat as well. He installed everything and I thought it was fine until my truck started to leak transmission fluid. Apparently he damaged the fitting for the transmission cooler portion and it could not repaired. I ended up having the radiator by the dealer. I ended up having to dispose of the fluids and cleanup as well. MyMechanic has not responded to me.
