Jay was really great, very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the inspection.
He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We even had the wrong parts and he waited so we could go exchange them. He also checked the car out and did tell us about something else that was rusting on the car and needed replacing. Thank you!!
With 10 years experience showing on the profile, I was expecting someone to inspect my car and tell me what the problem was. As a result, he took some pictures and was sitting in his car on the phone, getting advice from other mechanics. Couldn't tell me what the problem was, later that day called saying the problem might be with one of 3 parts and I need to fix all of them to see which one causes the problem, and they are not sure which one. Sent me a quote for $1,400. And I paid $80 for that! Very unprofessional. I got ripped off. Called customer service and they seemed annoyed and didn't help at all, by telling exact same thing as Daniel said - didn't know the exact problem. I had to take my car to another car shop and pay another $100 for inspection, so finally a qualified mechanic looked at the car and told me the exact problem in 30 minutes.
