Did a great job told me what I needed and what to do even came early
Michael arrived about 15 minutes early, explained the process and then got to work on my repair. I appreciated the convenience of the service, the heads up (without pressure) of items that may need to be checked in the future, and the quality work that was done. I liked the 'no-surprise' aspect of this service and felt like I was not being taken advantage of.
He is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend him anytime. How ever when trying to book a part that was under warranty I had to deal with your customer service department on the phone. I was less then impressed with how I was treated and the service there is less then steller . I t would be the only reason I would not recommend this company. If Michael wasn't so great I would drop using your company.
Very good they said it would take 6 to 8 hours and it was 3 hours
