Terrance originally came to my house for a tune up and discovered other issues that I agreed needed fixed. I made another appointment for two days later. Terrance was right on time and worked pretty quickly and efficiently. I am pleased with his work as well as the notes he took for future repairs. He is very helpful and I would book him again.
Extremely rude and condescending about my lack of knowledge about my car. Didn't respond to any of my messages for 2 days, was 50 minutes late, looked at my car, told me he couldn't fix it. Spent a total of 25 minutes at my house then charged me for 2 hours of my time. Then, Your Mechanic was completely unhelpful, customer service is thoroughly lacking. Still incredibly unhappy and still have a broken car.
