Super polite and professional. Did everything he could to figure out the issue with my vehicle. Also educated me on other potential problems and their solutions. 10/10 Do Recommend!
When Charles arrived he was pleasant and said he didn't work on BMW's. I wondering why did the company send him to repair my BMW X5 if he doesn't work on them. He looked under my hood told me I had needed some belts replaced that were damaged due to oil leaking on them. He did not perform a diagnostic test on my car eventhough I was charged for one. He took photos of my engine and submitted the information to the company regarding what he thought needed to be done. He told me that he would not be doing the work on my car. He did change my cabin air filters for me which I really appreciated.
