VERY knowledgeable
Miguel was very professional and his work is of the highest quality. Although he was going to be running behind for the appointment he made sure to update me on reason and when I could expect him. He was very courteous and did the repairs with ease. Would highly recommend him and certainly use him again.
At first I believed he was competent and knowledgeable, BUT $1020. later and still not repaired and another "quote" to fix it for another $600 has left me angry and frustrated. I have several texts saying this will fix it, or now I think this will fix it etc. Bottom line, I now have 3 new parts and labor costs that were not necessary and Your Mechanic wants me to spend another $600 with no guarantees. Not going to happen. Beware of bait and switch tactics. Became I trusted and believed I'm in the hole over $1000.
