I was impressed that Brandon found my car, even before I could tell him where I parked it and what color it is. As soon as we exchange greetings, he got to work. Focus and determined, he moved quickly and yet was pleasant, making me feel that I am valued. I can see that it's not just a job to him, its something that he enjoys doing. Like he said, 'it's like solving a puzzle'.
Previously, I had called AAA when car wouldn't start and I had an AAA battery that was fairly new. I was stranded in a CVS parking lot for 2 1/2 hours at night. Finally, they got the car started and I was able to drive home, but the car wouldn't start the next day. Juan came yesterday and found out that the terminals on the battery were not connected properly. He fixed the problem, right away and I was able to use the car. Which was great, because I had missed 2 important doctor's appointments for a Cat-scan & an MRI. With Covid-19, it is very difficult to get an appointment to see a doctor.
