Thomas showed up slightly early--which was great--with clear notification he was on his way and had arrived. He got to work on my car and was done with all services (plus overall read) in less than 30 minutes. He was professional, efficient, and polite. Saved me so much time and difficulty!

Thomas was on time, friendly, and seemed knowledgeable, however I took my jeep to the dealership for the repairs Thomas had diagnosed and they diagnosed it to be a different issue. I'm not sure who is telling the truth or why there would be two different outcomes but I feel uneasy and am going for a 3rd opinion. I'm not sure if I would use this service again since the diagnosis isn't guaranteed

Thomas is a cool guy with plenty of vehicular knowledge. He finds problems easily and is easy to talk to. I would totally book him if ever you have a chance. The best part is he answers all questions you ask him
