Though Long was very prompt and professional... Your customer service at base was terrible!!!! I booked a 3pm apt, at 330 hadn't heard a word so I called your office. I was told the Mechanic was being contacted and id be called back in 5min ...45 min later having again heard nothing I called back and was told they were still waiting on mechanic to call (but apparently felt it unnecessary to keep me informed) I informed her I needed to get this done so needed to know what was going on and if it was even gonna happen, I was told yet again I would be called back in 5 min, reluctantly again I agreed, stupid me, another 45 min and now an entire day wasted I was finally called back and told it was my fault because I booked the apt that morning... WHAT?????....i used you web site I didn't pick the time I merly selected an option that YOUR site offered me...and that's my fault? Then finally I was offered a apt for the next day and a 20$ discount (20$ doesn't cover the entire wasted day, sitting waiting, and phone tagging, and an accusation that its my fault!) I decided I would still have it done but truely doubt I will use your service again and I will be sharing my experience with friends and on social media.. You can be sure of that!

I've already sent a link to my friends that have busy schedules and would like this service. Long was great and I'm glad he was early & gave me full detail on the diagnosis of my car. I would have liked my filter changed with my oil change but didn't realize that wasn't a part of the package I signed up for ,I was just under the assumption that when you get your oil changed that's a automatic service. That was my fault for not asking or looking into the details of the service being provided. Thanks and again and I look forward to using your service again.

This service, company and mechanic must be a dream. If everything comes out fine like I believe it will, this is going to be the best service, solution and support I could have ever received here in the USA in 20 years. I can feel the honesty the attention, the knowledge to the degree that I just can't believe it is happening to me.

Long was very honest from my understanding and seems to be a very genuine individual. I gained alot of knowledge about my car during our appointment. I will definitely recommend this smart young man to anyone I know that needs a convenient service. you can definitely see the experience and he will leave you with confidence in your vehicle whether old or new. my Chevy has a list of things to do and because of his kindness I now know the proper steps to take to make sure that my car will be ok for the next couple of months. This is the man. Today I learnt how detailed and relentless is Long in his research and work. He found mistakes over mistakes made before we knew they existed and he solved the problem again, saving me a big deal of hypothetical money and very real time. He was great. He did a pre-purchase inspection at a dealership of a Mazda 2 for us. He seemed very thorough and was very open talking about the good/bad points of the car. He couldn't find anything seriously wrong with the car and neither can we after a couple of months of driving it (we bought the car).

Mr. Long was very fast and completely knew what he was doing. An honest mechanic is great to find. I will definitely want to use him in the future if I can request a specific mechanic.
