Jon was a pleasure to work with. He was polite, punctual and a total professional. He took the time to explain to me the problems with my vehicle and the steps needed to diagnose the problem. My car was sitting for a week due to a no start condition. I scheduled an inspection to diagnose the no start issue, and since I was in need of my vehicle, I was in dire need to get it fixed ASAP. I asked Jon if he could get my car up and running the same day. He said it should not be a problem and after a few phone calls to his associates and eventually the auto parts store, my car was fixed that afternoon and I couldn't be happier. More repairs/maintenance are needed down the road, brakes and such, and I will definitely use Jon again to work on my vehicle. So, thank you, Jon & thank you Your Mechanic for the great service and fair prices. You have a repeat customer who is completely satisfied!

Jon contacted us the night prior to the appointment to discuss the conditions of the work area and already impressed us with his professionalism before he even arrived. He was friendly and walked us through the process of the repair. We appreciated that he was not irritated by our frequent questions and interruptions. We were a little concerned about the car falling on top of him while he working, so we came out to check on him probably more often that was necessary. During the axle/cv shaft repair he was able to diagnose another issue with the car that our prior repair shop had not been able to despite multiple visits. Jon did a great job. We would definitely recommend Jon.

Jon was great! Unfortunately the day of service it was pouring and I didn't have a covered area for the service to take place. Jon offered up his garage which was only a few miles from me. I went to a coffee shop near by and he let me know when he was done. It only took a little over an hour; about the time expected. When I returned he went over what repairs he made and gave me a estimate for services I may need in the near future. Excellent customer services and very personalble! I will use Jon for any future services needed.

Jon is very courteous professional, arrived on time, clarified to me what all repairs he will be performing on my car during the appointment and completed the repair work. Jon couldn't complete one of the part replacement originally requested because faulty part won't come off easily and suggested me to take to a shop instead, I was not charged for the services not performed. In short, I will work with Jon again, if need arise.
