Very nice guy, worked well and was complete. I was only disappointed in the fact that I could get him back if something was not to my liking, The company had another tech that was available though. I am old school, I like to deal with the same individual on things. I am sure the rest are just as good, but it makes you feel better knowing the guy who will be doing the work.
