Frank was courteous and friendly. He came to the appointment fifteen minutes early; I appreciated his punctuality. His work was proficient and honest. I'd be happy to have him work on my car again in the future.

Frank came on time though it was rainy day. He was well equipped with all the necessary tools. The alternator was not working in my car so he brought alternator along with him. He worked on the car for longer time to make sure nothing major is missed out of the sight. I will book him again in future if needed.

Mechanic installed the new parts, however didn't make sure and complete properly. The door cover and handle are not aligned back properly causing a bad stick. Both parts are only plastic making it hard to get out of the vehicle. I have called back for someone to come fix it correctly the way it was. Also the door handle and window were not cleaned. I have left everything how it is and was left.

He was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely request him for any future service or repairs.
