He was awesome. He came early to fix my car and finished early! He was awesome with a great personality and was extremely helpful. Yourmechanic will be the only company I use for now on. Everything about this mechanic and this company was just awesome.

Excellent. Rick showed up early and was very friendly and courteous. He was not aggressive in upselling me on additional services which is important to me. He only made recommendations which were actually crucial. He set an appointment for me but told me it was optional and that I could cancel, which I did due to financial restraints at the moment, but I will be booking with him in the near future for the recommended services.

Very professional in appearance and attitude. Ricky was very precise in checking out my car and explained everything to me. A very pleasant experience!

He was very friendly and thorough. He took lots of pictures and gave me recommendations for each issue. He was running a little late due to bad traffic in the area, but he called to let me know so it was not an issue.

He is first class at making sure you know what the most important things to fix are, and is happy to work with your schedule. Any maintenance I have from now on, no matter what car I have, is going through Enrique.

So far, I believe his work to be good and have had no problems. I've never met him face to face because he comes to the house while I'm at work.

Very friendly and polite. Very knowledgeable about my Hyundai and common issues Hyundai has. Replaced my axle in an hour; and helped me build a to-do list for future repairs I knew I needed like a timing belt. I love that I don't need to take my car to shop and leave it there for hours anymore.
