Nice job done in timely manner

Charles got the job done and kept me informed along the way. I only take off a star because he was about an hour late, but I understand that was because the parts were not ready when he went to pick them up. This however is the second time that I have booked your mechanic to perform service on my Volkswagen CC, and the first time, the mechanic called and said he didn’t have the tools to work on my car just before he was supposed to arrive. This time A different mechanic was an hour late because the parts weren’t ready for him to pick up. The company itself seems a bit unreliable In my two experiences, but Charles himself seems to know his stuff.

Punctual and knowledgeable

Charles arrived earlier than the appointment time, started working right away. I had been previously told by other mechanic in other state that my car's AC problem is due to a failed compressor, which needs to be replaced. Charles inspected my car throughly and concluded that AC is not working because of electorical problems in the dash. He told me straignt that he can't fix my car but referred me to a specialist who can handle this issue. I truly appreciate his honesty.

Charles came to replace my battery, he was on time, quick, and I would use him again.

Charles found out the issue within minutes. Although they advertise that the technician will fix all in your driveway, I can see how he needed parts and more help to fix mine. So for now I let him carry on and I may engage the service again. I was a little disappointed with the first technician canceling on me at the last minute, but Charles showed up before time, and carried out the job very professionally.
