Alaa was a gentleman and a patient man. My truck gave him some fits. The fuel filter would just not come off for him, so he moved onto the fuel pump. Had the gas tank down, and fuel pump replaced in good time. Then, with much patience, back to the fuel filter. YAY.. perseverance persevered and wa -la success. Off with the fuel pump. Excellent Service!! He came on time and got to work right away. Just handed him the keys and confirmed the service needed/ordered. I had ordered an 80K miles service maintenance and a brake system flush and he did it in no time. When I needed a mechanic, it was on a weekend and he still came at 10am on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend and use his services again when needed. And to top it off, the price was very reasonable!

Al was wonderful, knowledgeable and quick. I am going to have him come back in a few days to do oil changes and a bit more work on both cars. It's hard for a single lady to find a trustworthy mechanic, he hit it out of the park.

Although I had some difficulty reaching him at first, Alaa was communicative and honest on the phone. Helped me with a pre-purchase inspection of a vehicle I was planning to buy site unseen dealing with an extremely rude dealership.

He did what was scheduled for him to do and he told me what to start off with in getting my Vue up and running correctly. He allowed me to take pictures of the 4 items that came up. He was very helpful in his description as far as what needed to be done overall with my car.
