U guys get low marks because I don't know how many times I need to say this. I don't have a Volvo. It was a BMW. Your inability to respond and or correct this has me wondering, what else do u guys overlook and really don't care ? This small stuff should make ya sweat. But I doubt it. Until U correct, you will never vault to the upper levels of customer service. No wonder my car didn't get fixed. U think it's a Volvo

Good experience. Booked on short notice and he was on time. Provided a thorough inspection and gave me good input on how to handle the issues he found with the car.

Jerel fixed my timing belt and water pump. It did not help my car to start however. He did tell me this was a possibility as the belt broke while I was driving. He could not advise of the likelihood it would be successful. I later spoke with Neil Becker at Becker Automotive who said the Pistons will always be bent after a timing belt goes in this car. Had I known this beforehand I would have known not to throw good money after bad. He was very professional and courteous however. He diagnosed the problem immediately but unfortunately did not give me enough information to make a fully informed decision. I would definitely use him again for something different.

All about Ball Joint Replacement (Front)

Ball joints are a part of your vehicle's suspension system that connect the steering knuckles to the control arms. A ball joint is essentially a flexible ball and socket that allows the suspension to move and, at the same time, the wheels to steer. Cars and trucks will have multiple ball joint assemblies depending on their type of suspension system. Like any other suspension component, ball joints will eventually wear out and become loose. Excessive play in the joint can affect wheel alignment and tire wear. Loose joints can also cause suspension noise (typically a "clunking" sound when going over a bump). If a ball joint fails, the suspension can collapse, causing a loss of control of the vehicle.
