Booking Jeffrey was the first time I used YourMechanic and I was definitely pleased by his service! He called to tell me that he had finished up an appointment earlier than expected and could therefore make our appointment earlier than expected if I had the time. It was so easy and convenient to have Jeffrey come to my workplace to do the oil change I scheduled. He called my phone, had me bring the key to him, and then he handled everything from there. He was very polite, kind, and knowledgeable. During the oil change and inspection, he discovered that I had a cracked valve cover that was leaking onto the spark plugs and he emailed me a quote for that issue as well. I was initially just interested in YourMechanic because my schedule doesn't allow me to really go out to the mechanic during the work week so it was great to have someone come to me but the customer service and price have really made me a loyal YourMechanic customer. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
