Derrick was exceptional in all ways! He kept me informed on his trip to my house and arrived slightly earlier than his 9:00 A.M. appointment time. His work was exceptional and carefully done in well under the estimated time of 2 hours. He replaced the door lock actuator on the driver's door and now the door locks and unlocks perfectly. He was courteous, highly experienced, and knowledgeable in, it seems, most if not all automotive work! Bryan was fantastic; I will absolutely book him again for a car repair. I booked Bryan to change two actuators in my front driver and passenger doors. The morning of my appt, Bryan called to let me know his supplier didn't have the parts for my repair job. For most mechanics, they would have just rescheduled but not Bryan. He told me he would continue to call around for the parts. He, working with his Your Mechanic team, found the parts around 11:30 ( my appt was 9). He called and texted to let me know when he was getting the parts, when he was ~30 minutes away and when he was in front of my house. He had the parts and was ready to work. He had both doors done in no time. He was very familiar with actuators, having replaced these for a Land Rover dealership. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and fast.
