Yelp has, once again, helped me find a very reliable/dependable service. Patrick was mentioned more than once on all the reviews so when I booked my appointment with Yourmechanic, I was crossing my fingers that they would send Patrick to look/inspect and work on my truck, and they sure did! Patrick showed up at my place of work as scheduled (7 a.m). Talk about prompt and punctuality (and utter convenience for me)! I contacted Yourmechanic because my brake warning light indicator suddenly lit up. I also decided to get the valve cover replaced since Meinekere commended it every time I would get my oil changed. Yourmechanic quoted me way lower than what Meineke quoted me for the same work/service. 25 percent less, to be exact. Upon inspection of my truck, he made recommendations for the needed service/work but, surprisingly, not including the valve cover and gasket replacement. I found Patrick to be very professional, efficient, honest and highly knowledgeable. Most importantly and what matters the most is that he is genuinely a very honest man (unlike some, if not most. of auto/car mechanics who will take advantage of one's knowledge, or lack thereof, when it comes to car maintenance/repairs/service) . I found his dedication to his profession remarkable as he spent just about all day as worked on my truck in the parking lot under the desert sun! After he's done with the service and test-driving my truck, he gave me some "post-service" tips/recommendations. Patrick is THE man! I found me my regular to go mechanic!

Trung did a pre-purchase inspection on a 4Runner that I was considering buying. The owner said it "runs excellent." The car had major mechanical issues and Trung's inspection saved me at least $2,000 in repairs. There was a slight language barrier but his diagnostic skills are top notch and were worth the $120 fee. I won't purchase a used car without YourMechanic's pre-purchase inspection services. Having mobile mechanics willing to travel anywhere in the Bay Area is a huge plus. I will also consider them for repair/maintenance services once I purchase another car based on this experience and the repair order quote. :)
