Patrick showed up early for our appointments, went over the issues of my car and laid out the options of what I could do afterwards. He is very down to earth and is honest about the problem at hand. My car was having a problem overheating so after inspecting the car and troubleshooting he said that the car might have to require work on it up to $800+ which they could do but he suggested that there were other cheaper options for me to try. I would totally recommend him.

I was skeptical that MyMechanic was too good to be true! So much less expensive, and you do the work in my driveway?! We figured we'd give it a shot, and we are really glad we did. Casey is super-friendly and incredibly dedicated to his craft and his customers. We hit a snag when the repair was unexpectedly a little more complicated and took longer than estimated, and this had to mess up a good part of the rest of his day, but Casey didn't leave us hanging. He did what was needed to finish the job, and we were charged the original estimate even though it took longer than planned. We were really impressed with his commitment to us and the fidelity to the estimate. He also noticed some unusual, dangerous wear on our tires, which we thankfully were able to replace before going off on a long driving vacation the next day! Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. Thanks, Casey and MyMechanic!

Number #1 just knowing that you as a business were on the internet surprised me totally. I am a disabled 74 year old woman that doesn't get out much and when my fan belts broke I didn't know where to turn. Then here comes this big kid driving slowly down my driveway being careful not to hit my little dogs, he gets out of the car and says "Mary Brooks" and I said "Brandon", he then said lets fix your car....What a pleasant gentle young man, described to me what he was going to do after looking at the problem. After fixing the problem he went on to say the things that I should be concerned and how to fix them or to give Your Mechanic a call and have them come out again to possibly fix whatever needed to be done and of course I would ask for him, Brandon. I will use your service and Brandon again. Thank you so very much. Give Brandon Kudos for a job well done. Mary E Brooks

All about Ignition Coil Replacement

Ignition coils transform low voltage electrical power 12 volts D.C. to high voltage current 50,000 volts D.C. or higher. The spark generated by the ignition coil ignites the fuel and air mixture in the engine that enables the car to start and run smoothly. If an ignition coil is not working properly, no spark will ignite the air fuel mixture, causing a misfire. A bad ignition coil can severely damage the engine or catalytic converter. If your car is equipped with “coil over plugs,” then it is recommended that you replace the spark plugs. If your car uses a single coil for the ignition system, it is not necessary to change the spark plugs.
